More than a century in securing national security, the Philippine Army has proved its strategy execution could be recognized globally after it successfully made its way into Palladium’s Hall of Fame.
It was among the “best organizations” that has been inducted into the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy.
Army chief Lt. Gen. Rolando Joselito Bautista received the award during the Positive Impact Summit 2018 in London.
The plaque was conferred by Robert Kaplan, Emeritus Professor at the Harvard Business School and co-creator of the Balanced Scorecard.
Bautista, in his acceptance speech, expressed gratitude to enlisted men and women as well as civilian employees of the Army for their support for the organization.
“I hope that this will inspire and motivate us more in performing our mandate for the good of the service, for the sake of our country and for the glory of God,” he said.
The Philippine Army was recognized after passing the on-site evaluation process.
The Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for executing strategy is a body that recognizes organizations that have successfully executed their strategies and achieved breakthrough results using a strategy management system.
